Studio Location at King and Spadina Ave

The 3rd Voice Studio is located in the heart of downtown Toronto’s entertainment district. Please note that visits to the studio are by appointment only.

The studio is located south-east of King and Spadina, 2 doors east of Spadina, 1 street south of King.

The studio can be accessed either via the front or back entrance. The studio is more easily accessed with a direct entrance from the back of the building but first time visitors may find it easier to come in through the front entrance at first.

Driving:

The studio can ONLY be accessed either via northbound on Spadina, or westbound from Wellington St. West which intersects Blue Jays Way one street east of Spadina.

Clarence Square is a one-way circular route around Clarence Square park alongside Spadina between Front and King.

Free Parking

is available both in front of and behind the studio. The studio is more easily accessed with a direct entrance from the back of the building.

First Time Visitors:

Enter via the front entrance. Make a right onto Clarence Square from spadina after front st before the park, and follow the park around almost until you hit spadina again – or come westbound from Wellington. Between 3:30-6:30 there is no parking on Clarence. Please park behind the studio during these times.

Returning Students:

To access from the back of the building, head north on spadina, pass front street, pass Clarence Square park, past the gas station, and make a right into the alleyway behind the gas station before Winners department store. The studio is the 2nd building unit after the gas station with the stairs to the left.

From the Highways:

The studio is easily accessed with a short 2 mins drive from the Spadina exit on the Gardiner Expressway. If coming via Lakeshore, exit at Rees st, make a left on Bremner Blvd, a right on Navy Wharf Ct, and then a right on Blue Jays Way. Pass front st, and make the first right onto Wellington St West. Follow to the end and make a right onto Clarence.

Via TTC:

The studio location is a 10 min walk from St. Andrew station on the TTC University Line. A slightly longer route that saves you walking outdoors can be made from Union station by taking the 510 Spadina Northbound streetcar that arrives within the TTC Union station via the streetcar tunnel to Queens Quay/Ferry Docks Station. This streetcar route travels west on Queens Quay West and then north on Spadina Avenue. Exit at King st.
